With the spring sports season in full swing, here is a summary for all the sports so far:
The baseball team has a record of 16-2, with a conference record of 9-0. Their only losses so far include 4A Bishop Kelly and 5A Capital High School. They still have to play Canyon Ridge and Wood River before the District Tournament starts.
The tennis teams have had solid wins against conference teams with mixed results against non-conference teams. They still have several conference matches and the Capital Invitational before they host the District Tournament May 9-10.
Both track teams have been doing very well this season, showing dominance in both long distance and the sprints. The team will finish the season with the Tiger/Grizz and Bob Shay invitationals before the GBC meet.
Both the boys and girls golf teams have been dominant this season, winning multiple invitationals and having lots of individual success. They still have the Canyon Ridge Invite and Wood River Invite before the GBC tournament on May 8th.
The softball team has a record of 12-4-1 with a conference record of 8-1. Their season includes a 3rd place finish at the WTP tournament and only one conference loss to Jerome. They will finish their regular season with games against Canyon Ridge and Wood River.
