 RUPERT – The Bruins stayed undefeated in Great Basin Conference play after Tuesday’s road win, their fourth straight and fifth in six games.
“Very physical game. Lots of free throws,” Minico coach Ty Shippen said. “Twin played hard and played well. They were really aggressive on the boards.”

Twin Falls shot 25-of-32 from the free-throw line, Shippen said.

Faust Ystueta scored a game-high 18 points, while Ryan Ball, Mitchell Brizee and Winston Duggan each scored 15 for the Bruins (6-6, 3-0), who host Burley on Thursday.

Brant Etherington scored 17 points, Kasen Carpenter had 12 and Rylan Chandler added 10 for the Spartans (8-5, 1-2), who play at Wood River the same day.
