RUPERT — Twin Falls took both team titles and individual titles at a Great Basin Conference tournament at Rupert Country Club. The Bruins boys scored a 295, led by Daniel Gaspar with a 71 and Brandon Stotts with a 72. They finished 19 strokes ahead of host Minico. Burley finished third (337) and was led
